Wintry (Day 2432)

Another day of very strong wind and stinging hail showers, interspersed with blizzards. It has been cold.
I was surprised to find that, despite having access to shelter, the horses were all in the field grazing when I got there this morning. I guess they were happy enough. I distributed buckets of feed and checked they were all warm enough, then fiddled around with a bit of electric fence.
Home to warm up before lunch and a wander out with Sigyn at Lyde. We were very lucky to dodge the worst of the hail, sleet, and snow but couldn't escape the biting cold wind.
There was time to warm up again before a last check on the horses before it got dark.
Best bit of the day was collecting my beautiful wife from the airport and bringing her back home. Sigyn seems pleased to have her back too.
