Peppermill

G took herself to school today, and we met up later to run a few errands. The first was a drive to an industrial area in Sharjah to look at secondhand monitors. What a waste of time and eye-opener that was. Sharjah really is like a parallel universe less than 20kms away!

Back in Dubai, we went to Festival City, intending to do a shop and browse ACE, but we were hungry by this stage, so checked out a new restaurant (to us) called Peppermill. It does North Indian/Moghul cuisine. We carefully chose dishes we were familiar with. Very happy to discover that their 4.5 rating on the Zomato app is accurate! We both loved what we ate.

A quick flit into IKEA for batteries (they only do rechargeables now), before doing the shop in Wafi, and then home for the rest of the day.
