Picture Perfect

Mr P and I celebrated our release from Covid isolation today by arranging a day trip into Edinburgh.
We set off early doors (well 9.30am).
It was a glorious day to be out and about. Freezing but lovely blue skies. We got the bus there and back (hassle free if chilly) and packed a lot in, including visits to John Lewis (Mr P needed new trousers) and the National Portait and Dovecot Galleries (interesting exhibitions). Lunch was a tasty Itison special at 56 North in Newington. All in all an excellent day.
