A Grand Day Out

We met up with Charlie and Rory this afternoon for a walk from his parents house, east out to the edge of the valley and then up to Ozleworth and back. 

About eight miles, but four of them were up and four of them were up. A rise and fall according to the iPhone of 800' . The image gives you an idea of the terrain, but perhaps not the thick gooey mud... still, good boots.

I don't think we let on how knackered we were when we got home...
