Silly Tuesday

I tried very hard to tick all the boxes I had set out for myself today (e.g. writing firstly, being well prepared for work, taking breaks, getting a walk in, having a plan for dinner, finishing work by 6). I doubt I will keep it all up, but got off to a good start.

I took the walk mid afternoon. It was cold! The earlier high tide had chucked seaweed and pebbles into the road. I decided a quick coffee was required, and did smile at the 'vegetable day' poster in my fave little cafe.

Slow cooker curry and some TV with J this evening. Don't mind 'hunkering down' at this time of year, just relieved that we are into January with light and sunshine not too far ahead of us.
