Running get-up

I decided this morning to go for a run, regardless of my head cold! So I wrapped up warm...

Turns out it was a shockingly bad idea, and I've had a terrible afternoon! :(

Bah. Bugger off stupid cold... (Got 12 lovely hours of work tomorrow and sunday to look forward to!)
