Back to work and my boss came through for my review. Rescheduled from June( he cancelled) rescheduled form December ( he went to Paris)

Went through some American style motivational personal review and it all kicked off when I had to rate how happy I was at work.
When I said a strong 2 out of 10 the man was gobsmacked, the following three hours I told him why and turned the review round to reviewing him. Why should I work for you if you don’t even pay my pension?
He offered me £150 to ‘make it go away’
