Bird watching

After our doggie walk I suggested we take our coffee to Forge Valley to see if there was anything going on at the bird feeder.

On our arrival our first encounter was a grey squirrel stuffing his face with seeds, after a short time the birds started to come to the many feeders, we saw a great spotted woodpecker, long- tailed tit ( I think) ,
Blue Tits, Marsh Tits, Chaffinch, Robins, Nuthatch and a pheasant.
Oh!and a buzzard flying overhead.

While we were there people came along and filled the feeders.
The next time I go I’m taking the tripod.

We noticed on our doggie walk this afternoon that the days are definitely getting longer.
