New moon and Jupiter

Not many photos taken today. Spent the morning tidying up Mum’s Christmas decorations and cards then visited her this afternoon- she’s doing well although no future plans yet. 
Then this evening I had a lovely chat with my sister S who has joined Blip much to my delight :) You can find her as Blipreset2022 - please go look and welcome her! 
Spent the evening catching up on various TV programs while N used the telescope. I got a couple of shots of the new moon with earthshine. Dreadful weather predicted for the next few days so we’re both trying to get some photos while it’s clear :)
