Keeping the meats separate from the rice.

Steam vacuumed the furniture and area rugs and scrubbed the hard wood floors. Managed to irritate my back making movement difficult. A careful adjustment at the chiropractor and ice therapy helped a bit.

Husband’s office sent to work from home for the next month. Covid cases increasing by 5000+ daily in Arkansas. Feels much like a year ago as we don’t go out for much more than the essentials.
