Early rising

5am called out to Mum’s to administer her analgesics and make her a drink.
I’m still ill with chest infection and laryngitis. But managed to croak my way through discussions with the Dr , care providers , social work and with my Mum ,my sister & niece.
It’s not a good time to be in need of extra care , with services being stretched to breaking point.
Waiting for call back from social work now .

In the midst of this the Gas boiler was serviced. The bathroom radiator needs replaced , but apart from that everything is back working properly.
My partner made me some lunch , filled my hot water bottle , and now time for a rest .
