Little Grebe

A cracking winter morning today! Beautiful blue skies, but flipping freezing and frosty with it! Perfect for a wander by the local creek and was rewarded with a few of the local birdies pottering about, including a group of about 8 little grebes who weren't diving under the water for very long today which made taking photos of them a little easier! They normally dive under the water just as you line up a good shot!

clouded over now weather wise - no sign of any rain or snow showers that have hit others!  I've had to de-ice the bird baths twice already today!
