New Year’s Tom

House job complete, I felt (despite the intense cold) it was worth going into town for a mooch around and Tom agreed to meet up for lunch. Great food and time with a great friend absolutely lifted what had started out as quite a low mood. It helped that central London was completely dead as well. I’ve got my fingers tightly crossed that he and his fiancé Jimmy can finally have their wedding cruise this Easter, and that we can join them! They’ve been postponing since 2020!
