Thanks to L for today's blip - you can see the snow on the Jura.
Felt pretty much ok this morning which was a relief. Can't imagine feeling like that for 2 weeks. Thanks for your kind wishes.

Far too many meetings today but snuck out for an easy 10k in the sunshine which helped.
