Treasure from the deep (freeze)

We have had to resort to shop bought marmalade as we had finished all the jars we made and the new season's Sevile oranges haven't appeared yet. But while searching for naan bread I unearthed a hitherto forgotten bag of oranges. It should make enough marmalade to tide us over.
