Crochet

Work was busy but a horrible meeting was cancelled this afternoon. Oh, the joy of a cancelled meeting!
Then P and Claire came round to learn to crochet. My sister will laugh, at the notion of me teaching anyone to crochet. Still, I can do the basics. They could both do a chain at the end of it... just about. Practice is key.
We were taught at school, lots of practical skills. Both boys and girls learnt to knit, crochet, do macramé, sewing, embroidery, woodwork, metalwork and cooking as well as swimming.
