Baboon or cat?

As we went for a stroll round Heidelberg, near the old bridge over the Neckar we came accross this bronze figure, which was attracting lots of attention with people viewing from the front.
From the front it's quite fascinating, as you can stand and place your face inside the features and look part human, part cat and/ or baboon, using the nose and lips thoughtfully provided.
Mrs CB tried it, but perhaps fortunately she wasn't tall enough to fit properly so you [and she] are spared lots of embarrasment.
