This cat. He’s always had a knack of causing trouble. This time we have a concerned neighbour, convinced he’s in need of additional tlc who keeps ringing the RSPCA. Just like with the other one, said neighbour is unwilling to be convinced that he’s very elderly, hence looking a little unkempt.
