Notes: Woke early - it has become too much of a norm to see the 3a or 4a hour and be up for the day. Did writing and some reading. Low key day, heard from Joe and was waiting to hear back. Headed out and walked on the beach a little after it was too cool to sit on the patio. Ran into Keith & Ann Elliot and talked to them for a few. Talked to Joe, showered, read some more and did a meditation.
