The Unspoken Word

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Eldest Mini Princess and I went to visit Mary Doll and Victor today as she is heading back to Glasgow at the weekend.

Victor is a man of very few words* and even less outward emotion, but as we left, he said a very heartfelt “It was good to see you,” to The Eldest Mini Princess. I appreciate this may not sound like much, but we both felt the emotion and sincerity and had a “bloody hell” moment as soon as we got into the car.

The most powerful words are the ones that linger in the air, long after they are spoken.
