2567. Swedish Meatballs!

With clapshot potatoes….apparently!

My hubby bought me a rather fancy cookery book for Christmas and it’s a collection of recipes from various small restaurants around Scotland. The Swedish Meatballs were from a restaurant in Edinburgh called Akua I think…
They were absolutely delicious and the clapshot potatoes were made with garlic, turnip, potatoes and dill….
I’ve spent days trying to sort out the repair on my Nintendo Switch after my controllers
were returned unrepaired. I finally got something sorted but they now want the console back too so it’s all safely wrapped up and awaiting collection.
I’ve left comments off for now as I really haven’t had much chance to keep up with journals and so I’ll wait until I’ve got time, hopefully soon!
