Sight

A relaxing day off - reading, watching a film*, some pedalling out back, a trip to the library....and with takeout still to come.

* The Vast Of Night - I'd watched it last year and really liked it but had a feeling I'd missed half the dialogue spoken by the motormouth DJ in 1950s New Mexico. Had a re-watch this morning with subtitles on and it's not surprising now I know just how much slang and expressions that I've never heard in my life are in there. It's a real gem of a film, and only 92 minutes long too. On Amazon Prime - big tip!
