Goodbye

The last visit of our personal trainer. He wants to retire and I will miss him badly . He is endlessly motivating and helpful. Here he showed me a bunch of exercises for a special problem and I took pictures to make sure, not to forget too much.
The picture is as pale as my eyes often produce images, but the reason here must be rather the strange light in my „multi-purpose-studio“.
