Blue tit.

We haven't had the numbers and variety of birds we normally see in the garden this winter. Hopefully this is because more people are feeding them and farmers are setting aside corners of their land and planting them with bird friendly seeding crops.

I got out my long telephoto lens this afternoon and had a quick go through the kitchen window at the birds that were coming to the feeder. Pleased with this photograph of a Blue tit.

The forecast was for a clear sky this evening so I set up for more astrophotography, but it clouded over pretty quickly and I gave it up.
