Out on another run today. Struggled in cold plus aching legs... Went past here twice at a run and once on cool down. Water levels still down...

Family dentist trip today. I need a lost filling replace and a properly fitting bridge for my missing teeth. Daughter has her first cavity. Wonder if she will now learn to clean her teeth properly...
