Supporting the local economy at a quaint little hostelry known as The Elephant this evening, I was drawn to the fact that they had a corner of the bar dedicated to Old Gits and one to Refugees! Had they had one for Waifs and Strays I may have sat there.
As it was, I chose the refugee corner.
‘Twas a nice pint though, and the natives seemed friendly.
