Spaghetti Bolognese!

Garlic is the name of the game today! Burn out viruses etc and clear the pipe work!
I always use an entire garlic bulb and half a tube of garlic purée And I also used half a tube of tomato paste.
The house wreaks of garlic ….. it’s divine!!!
We found out today our neighbours have covid hence we haven’t seen them in a while!
This time last year Garri and I got it before anyone had any jabs!!

Oh and a couple of glasses of Amarula too.

Next weekend….. fingers crossed we are heading out in kayaks
