Flowers in the rain

First yoga class of the new year and my body seemed to welcome some contortion. I guess so much screen work and concentration this week has knotted me up, so it's good to stre-e-e-tch. 

Not a day to be outside for a long, with high winds and heavy rain. On my way back from the shop I paused to whip my phone out and quickly snap this lovely flowering shrub. Not much else is in bloom so it's nice to see, but it was too wet for much artistry in the capture.

Had a lovely chat to Evolybab this eve, comparing notes on that 'hibernation' feeling! Definitely a low gear time of year.
