Cosy?

At one part at the side of the Gersprenz is something that looks like an allotment. At least by the look of the cottageshack and the fence.
But the area is overgrown with bushes and trees. Even the entrance to the allotment is not passable without machete.
As what we can see the allotment has been abandoned a couple of years ago. A pity, as other people would like to rent/have it.
