New Planter

This is on the front of a little set of planters we are selling.A nice attitude to life I think.
On the way back from a delivery this morning I stopped in to help a friend with his tray filler.He was advised to fit a new chain at a cost of about £900.The chain was ok it just needed a few links taken out and the bearings greasing up.It should be working tomorrow.
Up to Preston with Mervin for conifers from Bernard who is one of the countries largest conifere growers.I have known Bernard along time and he is always on the nursery but not today.When he did appear he has had thyroid trouble which has left him very tired.We are all getting older.
The weather has still been very cold and heating about half the nursery is costing about £2500 per week at the moment despite running the houses as cold as I dare go.

Mainly sunny and the wind has dropped.A top temperature of about 9C today but frost again tonight.
