Today. Dog walk. Gym. Breakfast. Odds and sods. Docs. Delivery of my mahussive whiteboard to dump my brain. Lunch. Newark. Dry cleaning. Tea, coffee and carrot cake. Dog walk. Ironing. Out to the pub for dinner.

Now home. More red wine.
