Downy Woodpecker
I have noticed many new species turning up at my bird feeders lately. This little female downy woodpecker (Dryobates pubescens) showed up for a snack, and I managed to get this photo through a window before she flew away. This image is not as sharp as I would have liked, so I suppose it is time to clean my window glass.
