Point and Shoot

Lucy McKenzie at the Tate

For the second time I failed to book the correct exhibition tickets, but was saved again by my membership card and enjoyed the McKenzie exhibition. The hyper-realistic paintings of notice boards fooled me until my wonderful sister pointed them out, then we looked at everything again with fresh vision. I took a photo of the sculpture and painting and tried to discover more about them but so far I am bemused.

Lunch at the Tate cafe was simple but delicious, an impressive demonstration of management in difficult times. I enjoyed the stark choice of two hot dishes.
