Light and shade

Something of an analogy too. My leg is continuing to be a problem - it’s worse at rest, so sleeping is an issue. Better with exercise, but the more I do, the more painful it is at night. I’m doing the exercises prescribed by my physio, but I’m not feeling any benefits so far. It’s all light and shade at the moment
