I looked for ages for red berries

Before Christmas, and couldn’t find any.  But today I saw these lovely ones on a garden wall nearby. I think it’s cotoneaster but not completely sure. 
Been thinking an awful lot today about the future, coming up with a few possible plans, which I need to think about some more, and talk over with friends. In the last couple of days I’ve watched the whole of Lord of the Rings on DVD - about 9 hours I think. If you know it, you’ll know about the Ents -  the talking, walking trees - who won’t be rushed in their decision making:)
