Pelicans

It has been a miserable day weather wise, but huge fun otherwise.
We were out on the water by 0700 hrs - damp and grey - and stayed for a couple of hours whilst the pelican milled round and were occasionally thrown fish to keep them interested. The extra shows the wonderfully large throat.
We went out again for an hour after lunch - to see them on the shoreline for different shots. It rained. We did not stay too long, but it has been an interesting day - and the pelicans are delightful.
