Wet feet twice

I've decided the little jog/walk circuit from our house is too short at 3km so I went round twice. I noticed son R did that at Christmas, he called it an easy Crook circuit and he jogged round (twice) in 30mins.  It took me an hour which I think is pretty good as I'm nearly 40 years older than him and have to alternate the jogging (some would call it shuffling) with walking.
