Dancing in the Moonlight
Every evening, whatever the weather, I take my neighbour’s dog Moss for a walk. I really enjoy our Winter walks in the dark, especially if the skies are clear and I can observe the phases of the moon and stars and do without a torch. A couple of months ago I stumbled on the 3 second delay setting on my phone which has revolutionised my night photography and means I don’t have to carry my big camera.
I got soaked this afternoon walking with Alison after we had listened to the Cairn Chorus singing outside the Church in the village so I wasn’t looking forward to being soaked again. Half way round my walk, the moon appeared from behind the clouds and I had a lovely dry, moonlit walk. Here is the road illuminated by the half moon.
