Royal Visit

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined Prince Charles at Dumfries House today to open the new Tamar Manoukin Outdoor Centre.

The Outdoor centre is the latest addition to the Estate saved by a consortium led by Prince Charles in 2007. It has accommodation for 52 with an assault course.

As part of the event the Sea King from yesterday made an appearance along with the Sikorsky S-76C+ helicopter of the Queens Flight. Shortly after a fly past of 2 Eurofighter Typhoon jets from RAF Leuchars took place at only a few hundred feet off the ground, very noise but not terribly fast.
