Well that's what it says on the machine, so who am I to argue....
I know nothing (and maybe even less) about scooters - I assume this is a Vespa (most seem to be).  Not to my taste, but I appreciate customisation if it's done well - and this certainly qualifies.  Well done the owner - it's a fine machine.....
