Sheltering

The crow was sheltering behind a tuft of grass at the top of the beach. The strong wind was blowing in from the Atlantic. It didn’t move even when the dogs got out of the car. We watched it fly away when we came back to the car so it was okay.
We went into Marks and Spencer’s to collect some milk and a few things for Miss T. The shelves were bare as the supply ships were cancelled this weekend. The joys of living on an island. We actually keep our fridge and freezer stocked up so it wasn’t a problem. See extras
I think that we have some calm weather forecast for the next week which is good news.
