Do I dig this?

This excavator is parked on the property just down the street. The new owners will be moving in sometime in June or July and apparently will be clearing a fair bit of land for horses. Looks like the work will be starting soon. Now I love horses and am quite excited that we'll have some very close to us, but I'm not sure how much land will be cleared. The previous owner has lived there for almost as long as we've been here (just over 20 years) and it's going to be very different not having him and his sons there.
