The Lesser Fellow

Bearded Tit, Little Egret and Bittern were just some of the birds I didn't see at Old Moor today.
This gaggle of Lesser Black Backed Gulls were a tick for the year however. They can be distinguished from the Great Black Backed Gull by having a slightly less black 'back' and yellow legs. Hence the reminder 'the lesser fellow has the yellow'. Every day is a school day.
