A busy day

A busy day and an EB to be honest.  The sky was blue and the sun shone but we were closeted in our office clearing out yet more 'stuff' Unwanted items from here and our wardrobes mean that there will be plenty to take to the recycle centre and the charity shop tomorrow.  By late afternoon I'd had enough and retreated to the living room to relax for a while and take this emergency blip of our mantlepiece.  The blue reflected in the tealight holders is the darkening January sky as the evening draws in still very early.
Today marks my mum's birthday.  Had she lived so long, she would have been 102 years old, but sadly she died in 1967, aged just 47.
