Building Laws

Given the very strict building laws, I am always surprised by some (many) of the decisions by our parish council to allow people to put up new buildings on the edge of the village or in the middle of nowhere.

Have to admit I don't know the ins and outs of the law, but do know farmers are allowed to put up barns up to 100m² with few restrictions. However, I would have thought that meant one barn at least within some sort of large area. Here the part-time farmer and parish council employee put up such a shed a few years ago and now suddenly adding another even bigger one.

Possibly "Vitamin B"? The word for "Connections" in German is "Beziehung".
