Snowy hills

It was cold today, around 32F (0C) when I went for a quick walk to get this photo. I seriously need good shoes for winter. The shoes I've been wearing for months now have no traction and aren't waterproof. I haven't fallen yet, but I've slipped a few times.

We might go to Pittsburgh next weekend to go shopping. I can buy shoes, a desk lamp and other things I've needed for a while. I sure took for granted living in a big city that had many stores. I do not like rural life, though the prices aren't bad. But I'd take accessibility over pricing.

I unfriended my old friend who is anti-vaccine, sick with COVID and spouting misinformation. No one needs that garbage. I just hope she doesn't get sicker.
