Regular viewers know that generally, I can't tell a budgie from an ostrich, but this beautiful little thing is one bird I do know.

She definitely saw me (and heard my squeaks of excitement), but as I too was dressed in a lot of turquoise, I think she decided we were possibly related and that I was no threat....
