Dorking

Dorking is an old market town, and the market used to take place here in the High Street. It must have been a wonderful sight, with the backdrop of the variety of buildings. The town seems to be surviving, despite the trials of Covid. It has always been known for its antique shops and they are fun to browse, but I didn’t get down to that end of town today. I have been promising myself a visit to the town for a week or two, and at last I got there.
