Going to try some sourdough cardamon buns tomorrow so I made the dough this morning like all sourdough it takes time also did more organ pipes.
Went for a walk around the village this afternoon thinking I would photograph the mill and saw they have started to re thatch a big roof near the school, see the extra. I will take a few pictures as work goes on.
Cloudy all day but not cold.
