On a very sunny but breezy day...

the cosiest spot is on top of the compost heap!

Dropped in to the farm to get some eggs and was there at the right time to see lambs being bottle fed, then into the field to see others playing, feeding, coming up to say hello and nibble our fingers. Feel good factor 10/10!

After that happy interlude I couldn't buy the lamb in the butchers so it's beef for Sunday's roast!

Got more work done in the garden, have hatched a cunning plan to keep the pups out of the raised beds, had to haul them out again this morning. Grrr!
